BLOCKSLAB & STILL

Privacy Policy

Your practice is personal. Here is what stays on your device, what happens when you contact us, and how you stay in control.

Who this policy covers

BlocksLab operates the BlocksLab company website and Still, a companion for breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and yoga. This policy covers the company website, the Still web app, and the Still iOS app where available. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions.

Your Still data

Still works without an account. It saves your practice selections, custom timings, routines, practice history, journal text, moods, gratitude entries, and preferences on your device to provide and remember your practice experience.

In the web app, this information is saved in your browser’s local storage. In the iOS app, it is saved in a protected local file excluded from device backup; if native storage is temporarily unavailable, the app can use local web storage. Still does not upload this content to a BlocksLab account or cloud database. There is no account sync or cloud recovery in the current version.

The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or location. Audio playback does not record you.

Optional Apple Health integration

On supported iOS devices, you can enable Save to Apple Health in Settings. With your permission, Still attempts to write a Mindful Session when you reach the completion screen, including a practice title and start and end timestamps. The recorded duration comes from the planned session, including planned transitions; the start timestamp is calculated backward from completion. It is not a measurement of actual active practice time and may not reflect pauses or interruptions. Still requests write access only; it does not read your Health records.

You can turn off future saves in Still and revoke permission in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Records already written remain in Apple Health until you delete them there. Still does not send these records to BlocksLab or use them for advertising, profiling, or sale. Apple manages Health storage, sharing, and any Health syncing according to your Apple settings and its policies.

Saving depends on Apple Health availability and permission. The current version does not reconcile or remove duplicate records across repeated completion visits. Review and manage entries in Apple Health if needed.

Website visits and service providers

The current BlocksLab website code does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, a newsletter form, or a user account system. The current Still app does not integrate an advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking SDK. This describes the application code, not every activity of the platform used to host or distribute it.

When you load a website or audio file over the internet, the hosting or delivery service receives technical information needed to respond, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Hosting providers may process request or security logs to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from Still’s locally stored journal and practice data.

A private preview may require signing in to its hosting platform. That platform handles its own authentication information and any necessary session cookies under its own privacy terms. The public company website itself does not implement sign-in.

Email and support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use this information to respond, investigate a reported issue, and manage the conversation. Email is processed by the email services used to send and receive it. Please avoid sending sensitive journal content or medical information unless necessary for your request.

Messages sent by email are separate from your local app records. Deleting Still data on your device does not delete a message you have sent. Contact [email protected] with questions about correspondence or to request its deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

Audio and AI

Some voice guidance is created in advance using ElevenLabs speech-generation tools and supplied as audio files. Still does not send your journal, microphone input, or live practice details to ElevenLabs during playback. Playback is not a live AI conversation or personalized medical assessment.

Your controls and deletion

In Still, open Profile → Settings → Delete all Still data to remove locally stored routines, journal entries, history, and preferences. On the web, clearing this site’s browser data also removes local app data. Deleting the iOS app removes its local app container; offloading an app may preserve data. These actions do not remove separate Apple Health records.

Local records remain until deleted, replaced, or removed by the app’s storage limits or your browser or device. Clearing data, switching browsers, or losing a device may make it unrecoverable. Still cannot recover records that were never sent to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain processing of personal information, and to raise a complaint with a privacy regulator. Email [email protected] to exercise applicable rights over information held by BlocksLab. We may need to verify your request. Local-only app information must be managed on your device.

Security, children, and changes

Protect access to your device and browser, particularly on shared devices. No storage method or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Device and platform protections differ.

Still is a general wellness tool and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information through the company website or an app account. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. New account, payment, analytics, or cloud features may require additional notices and choices before they are introduced.
