Terms of Use
Last updated September 2, 2026
The terms for using BlocksLab’s website and Still. Please read these together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosure.
Scope and agreement
These terms apply to the BlocksLab website and Still’s web and iOS applications where available. “BlocksLab,” “we,” and “us” refer to the provider of these services. By using the services, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is valid under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are below the age of legal capacity where you live, use the services only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and supervises your use.
General wellness, not medical care
Still provides timers, audio cues, and general educational wellness content. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, emergency assistance, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Read the Disclosure before practicing.
You choose your practices, timings, and surroundings. Do not force a breath hold or movement to match a timer. Pause or stop if a practice feels uncomfortable, and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed. The service does not assess whether a particular practice is safe for you.
Permitted use
You may use the website and app for your own lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misuse another person’s information, or copy and redistribute protected content without permission. Restrictions do not remove uses or rights that applicable law permits.
Keep your device and locally stored content secure. A timer or audio cue may be interrupted by your browser, device settings, calls, power loss, or other software. Do not rely on Still where an interruption or inaccurate cue could cause harm.
Your content and our content
You retain ownership of your journal entries, routines, and other original content you create. The current app stores these on your device; these terms do not transfer ownership of that content to BlocksLab or grant permission to use private journal entries for AI training.
Software, original design, branding, and supplied audio or other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Rights remain with their respective owners, and third-party materials are subject to their applicable licenses. Traditional practice names and general ideas are not claimed as exclusive BlocksLab property.
Accounts, availability, and future features
The current Still app does not require an account and does not provide cloud backup. You are responsible for preserving any information you want to keep before clearing data or removing the app.
Features may differ between web and iOS versions. Descriptions of planned features, including future availability, are not a promise of a release date. We may update, change, or discontinue features, subject to any notice or other obligations required by law.
Any future paid offering will disclose its price and payment terms before purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge or a subscription.
Third-party services
Apple Health, app stores, your browser, hosting providers, and linked websites are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not imply endorsement. Apple Health is optional and requires permission; it does not turn Still into a medical service.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accuracy in every circumstance, or a particular wellness result.
To the extent permitted by law, BlocksLab is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other conduct for which the law prohibits a limitation. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Ending use, changes, and questions
You may stop using the services at any time. Remove local Still data in Profile → Settings; manage any existing Mindful Sessions separately in Apple Health.
We may revise these terms as the services change, showing an updated date and providing additional notice where required. Revisions are not intended to remove rights you have already acquired under mandatory law.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Contact [email protected] with questions or concerns. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive court location is imposed by these terms.
